We like to meet face to face, so that we can get a feel for your business, get to know you and hear your vision first hand because at the end of the day this is about you …not us. We want you to get a good feel for us and why we are so successful. We hope the reason is obvious – we put our customer, you, first.

 

We listen, walk the building, take lots of pictures and listen some more. We ask questions to get a better understanding of the customer journey and how you want to connect with them and when and where. We ask about content and discuss what can be done to enhance your network. By the end of the meet & greet we will have a very good understanding of what you want and hopefully you will have a very good sense of who we are and how we put you first!

Our team goes to work and pour through the notes, pictures, comments, chicken scratched napkins – everything that will help us build The Plan. We will brainstorm layout, displays, hardware, content and applications that will create the best possible solution for you. We will provide you with a presentation that captures the plan in its entirety showing you how it will look, what we recommend for displays, media players (if necessary), content placement and costs. We will push our suppliers for the best product at the best price based on the plan created. We will present everything to you in a nice tight presentation so that you can imagine what we are proposing and understand what your investment will be. We ask for your approval to move ahead and then get the paperwork sorted out.

Second Step

The Plan becomes our guide. Our procurement team takes over and purchases all that is required to execute the plan. We make certain that all pricing quoted is adhered to and that we have product availability to hit the promised timeline. Display, cables, mounts, software, media players (if required) are all ordered and booked to arrive at roughly the same time from all suppliers. We find alternative sources if one source is unable to hit our timeline. We book a technical site inspection to make certain that the installation process goes perfectly and that all required materials are on hand. An install date is established so that we time it to your needs. We don’t want to impact the operation of your daily business. Once ready, we take one last look, pack it. Ship it in the most efficient manner possible, keeping in mind the fact that we are shipping fragile goods.

PUTTING IT TOGETHER

Your Concierge Team now goes to work to architect your network, tag your hardware so that we can seamlessly distribute your content daily. We set up your portal and upload content as it becomes available. We start building playlist and device management tools that are set to your hours of operation. We create user profiles. We configure displays for optimal performance. We test and re-test to make certain that everything functions as it is supposed to when it arrives.

 

All elements of your solution are shipped to arrive just prior to your installation date. Our contracted installation team takes the utmost care in executing the installation, follows the plan and test before departure. Your concierge team confirms operation with your installer and off they go. Other than the magnificent new look to your business, you won’t even know that they were there.

 

Your Concierge partner will take over from here – making adjustments as you wish, training your staff. Every day they will look at your network twice to make sure that everything is flowing as it is planned. If there is a problem, they solve it. That’s our job. Not yours
